Brechin Health Centre Patient Participation Group are inviting people registered with Brechin Health Centre to drop in to their open day at Brechin Health Centre on Tuesday, April 12, from 2 to 7 pm.
The event aims to raise awareness of services available locally and to provide information and reassurance to the patients of Brechin Health Centre regarding the commitment to the ongoing provision and development of services within Brechin Health Centre.
A number of local organisations and professionals have been invited to take set up a stall at the open day to provide information that patients may find useful in helping them understand how to access the most appropriate services for their health and wellbeing needs.
This will include information on a range of topics and organisations, such as physiotherapy, pharmacy, Alzheimer’s Scotland, Angus Carers, Voluntary Action Angus, options for staying active, The Dalhousie Centre and Angus Independent Advocacy. Information will also be available on the services available to help people manage their long-term conditions and integrated health and social care services.
Brechin Health Centre Patient Participation Group invites anyone who is interested to come along to find out about our local health services. Those attending the event will be invited to complete a questionnaire to share their views on current services delivered by the general practice, including areas you believe could be improved, areas where things are working well and thoughts on provision for the future.
