Police appeal for information in Brechin


Police in Brechin are appealing for information following two incidents in the town.

The first incident took place between 12.30 am and 7.15am on Thursday, January 14. A motor car was damaged whilst parked within the Gellaty Place area of Brechin. It is believed that persons unknown may have smashed the rear windscreen with a stone or similar.

The second incident took place at 1.30pm on Thursday, January 14. A road traffic collision occurred on Clerk Street, Brechin at the roundabout situated outside of Mackie Motors whereby one of the motor vehicles involved failed to stop.

Any information would be welcomed regarding the above incidents and witnesses should contact Police via 101, or speak to any local police officer, should they be able to assist.
