Women For Independence Angus is hosting a coffee morning at the Brechin Town House Museum, on Brechin High Street, this Saturday (July 25) from 10.30 am to noon.

The event will include information on universal credit - which combines several working-age benefits together.

A spokesperson for Women For Independence Angus said: “A speaker from Citizens Advice will be along for a short talk and discussion about Universal Credit.”

The continued: “There will be plenty of coffee and cakes, along with a tombola for children and a separate one for adults.

“So put the event in your diary and join us.”

Admission to the coffee morning is free.

All are welcome.
