Working in the food industry means that you have to do a lot of work to comply with health and safety, something that is not easy.
“Working in this job is far more involved that many people realise. It is good that Michaela has been willing to do this training and good for the Ashvale to have such keen and dedicated staff.”
Also present to congratulate Michaela for her hard work was Stuart Devine, operations director at the Ashvale Fish Restuarant.
He said: “I would like to congratulate Michaela for her hard work. There is a lot involved in gaining these awards. To complete this over a year is fantastic.”
Michaela who now plans to continue training said: “I am chuffed to bits that I passed. Some of the work was had but I am happy that I did it.” Michaela Strachan isa pictured above being presented with her certificates by Councillor Bob Myles and Stuart Devine.
