Radio Scotland recently visited the Glenesk Folk Museum and spoke to local residents to record a programme for the Our Story series.
Curator of the museum, Maria MacDonell said the programme would be very interesting.
“The material gathered by the radio team will offer a fascinating insight into glen life , past and present,” she said.
“They will broadcast interviews with Glenesk residents, including Gilbert and Agnes Lowden and mix this with archive material from the treasure trove of the Glenesk Folk Museum,” she added.
The programme will be broadcast in early August.
