Police are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen a male, aged approximately 23 years of age, who had been standing outside the Salvation Army charity shop, High Street, at about 10.15pm on Saturday, August 18.
The male, who was of skinny build, short, with straggly hair wearing jeans and a grey zip-up front hooded top which had stripes down the sleeves, caused alarm to a young female as she was walking home.
He did not speak with a local accent.
Police are keen to speak with anyone who may have seen the male, who may have been in the area at the time or who can offer any assistance as to the identity of the male. Please call on 0300 111 2222.
