Youth project short listed for Bank of Scotland Community Fund

Brechin Youth Project has been short listed with three other groups for a 2013 Bank of Scotland Community Fund.

The scheme aims to help local people who have an impact on their communities by giving grants to four good causes in each community.

The 2013 Bank of Scotland Community Fund is helping local people to have a positive impact at the heart of their communities by giving grants to four good causes in each community.

In each community, the two good causes with the most votes will each receive £3,000, with the other two receiving awards of £300 each.

The four Angus community groups that have ben short listed are:-

Brechin Youth Project; HedzUp; Angus Foodbank (Kirriemuir); Angus Riding for the Disabled (Forfar).

Voting for the groups has now started. You can vote for your chosen by community group online at www.bankofscotland.co.uk/communityfund, by SMS text message and by visiting a local Bank of Scotland branch.
