Following the re-opening of the transfer window in Scottish football, players are moving both to and from Glebe Park (writes Steven Rae).
David Crawford, the right midfielder who was on-loan from Hibernian is leaving the SPL side to sign a permanent deal at Glebe Park until the end of the season.
Crawford, who will be 20 in May, has made 11 appearances this season for Brechin.
Defender Ewan Moyes, who left Brechin for spells with Hibernian and Gateshead has returned for a second stint at the club.
The 21-year-old made 43 appearances in the 2010/2011 campaign for Brechin, but managed just one appearance for Gateshead whilst away from Glebe Park.
He has signed on till the end of the season, along with versatile midfielder Bryan Hodge, who signed this season but has made only five appearances so far.
Former City skipper Neil Janczyk departs for league rivals East Fife.
The 28-year-old midfielder signed for Brechin City in July 2007, but was recently replaced as team captain by Charlie King.
The transfer window remains open for SFL clubs until midnight on January 31, and the Brechiner will be keeping you up-to-date with any arrivals or departures at Glebe Park within that time, should Weir decide to make further changes.
