Brechin City recorded 1-1 draw when they welcomed Stranraer to Glebe Park today (Saturday).
City took the lead in the 37th minute, when Alan Trouten converted from the penalty spot. City had the best chances in the opening 45 minutes, and the goal was well deserved.
Stranraer pulled themselves level in the 54th minute through a Mark Corcoran free kick, after Jackson gave a way a foul.
City fought back to regain the lead, and the introduction of Aidan Connolly in the 65th minute added more pace to the City attack, but their efforts just fell short of a winning goal.
