Brechin City’s management committee has frozen the price of their season tickets for the third consecutive season.
The cost of the season ticket was unveiled at the club’s annual general meeting on July 9, with confirmation also coming that the season tickets would no longer be valid for cup competitions.
Chairman Ken Ferguson, who was returned to the committee for another three years along side Angus Fairlie and Martin Smith, said the committee were “reticence to do it”.
The club also confirmed that they would be offering their free season ticket for school children for 2014/15 season.
The initiative proved popular last year, with over 150 season tickets applied for last year.
An early bird discount for all season tickets (excluding schoolchild) has also been announced by the club.
Supporters will save £15 of an adult season ticket if it is purchased on or before August 2. The date marks Brechin City’s League Cup fixture at home to Dumbarton.
Season tickets will be on sale during the Dundee friendly today (Wednesday) at in The Delson Players Lounge from 6.30 to 7.45 p.m. Tickets will also be on sale in the same room on Saturday (July 19) from 10.30 a.m. to 12 noon. During these times, applications for the free season tickets will be available.
