Good and bad days

The weather has been playing a large part in the recent catches at Lintrathen Loch.

Anglers have been having good days and bad days, with the main problem being trying to find the depth the fish are holding at.

Most good days they are up in the top two to three feet but when it is overcast they have been all over the place. Fish have been taking Diawl Bachs, Crunchers and Hoppers during the day, whilst at evening sessions small Black flies fished on top of the water have done well.
