Police seek info after Andover incidents

POLICE in Brechin are keen to identify a male seen acting suspiciously at the rear of Andover Primary school at morning, lunch or afternoon break times.
He is described as mid to late teens, dark haired, sometimes with a blonde streak through it, medium height and build, clothing includes a white hooded top and green/brown army style trousers. He has a black and white dog, or puppy, thought to be a dalmatian.
