Angus College’s Clova Building in Arbroath’s Keptie Road will take on the spirit of the Tate Gallery for the last half of May, when students on the HND Contemporary Art Practice course exhibit their work in their end-of-term show.
The artists, from all over Angus, will have around 100 works on display, ranging from oils and mixed media to textile design, jewellery, conceptual art installations, and videos.
There will also be photographic images, achieved not just by digital means, but by traditional darkroom development as well – all in all, a lot of work from only a dozen or so exhibitors. The exhibition opened to the public on Monday past and runs until May 30, during College hours of 9am to 5pm. Work displayed is available for purchase.
