Glamis Castle is set to host the 39th Scottish Transport Extravaganza on July 13 and 14.
On display over the weekend will be over 1000 vehicles from an array of transports including veteran, vintage and classic vehicles; such as cars, commercials, military, tractors, steam engines, motor cycles and much more, and over half of this number of displays is made up of 40 plus car clubs.
There were also be a variety of stands at the event, including fund-raising stands and a craft tent where you can see craft persons making their own goods.
The 3Sixty Bicycle Stunt Team will be entertaining crowds in the ring this year with their daring escapades.
On Saturday, July 13, there will be a Charity Companion Dog Show in aid of Dogue De Bordeaux Welfare.
A spokesperson for the event said: “We are very fortunate to be able to hold the Extravaganza in the beautiful grounds of Glamis Castle. The event runs for both days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days and parking for motorists is free. Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a lead. Tickets prices are as follows:-
Satuday, July 13 - adults, £8; Children/OAP, £5
Sunday, July 14 - adults, £10; children/OAP, £6.
