Edzell Gala Day proved another hit, with crowds gathering on the Muir to enjoy the festivities.

Edzell Village Improvement Society, who organised the event, thanked all who turned up in a Facebook post, commenting: “A huge thank you to everyone that came along, joined in and supported the Edzell Gala today. From the feedback we have received so far it seems like everyone had a great time despite the weather towards the ends of the afternoon. It was very nice to see so many people on the Muir enjoying the day.”
