The Friends of Brechin Town House Museum are delighted with the public support for last week’s presentation by Sarah Kettles on the subject of Brechin Townscape Heritage Initiative (BTHI).

The illustrated talk was greatly enjoyed by an interested group of people who levelled numerous thoughtful questions to Sarah, Manager of BTHI.

The next public talk organised by ‘The Friends’ will be given by author Forbes Inglis whose subject will be ‘Murders in 19th Century Angus’.

As usual it will be in Brechin Town House Museum starting at 2pm on Wednesday, April 25.

More details will be given nearer the time.

It has also been announced that the annual general meeting for ‘The Friends’ will take place at 2 pm on Wednesday, May 9 in Brechin Town House Museum.
