There are limited places left for a free ‘talk and tasting’ event will take place at Brechin Town House Museum tomorrow (Thursday) at 2 p.m.
The talk will give visitors an insight into the working life and processes of a modern distillery and an opportunity to enjoy a wee dram at the same time.

The museum is also hosting a special exhibition until to Saturday, October 26, entitled ‘Whiskies Galore’.
The exhibition tells the story of whisky distilling in Brechin, from the times of illicit stills in the glens, to the prize winning single malts of the present day.
Entry to the exhibition is free, and visitors will have the chance to see a display of the many fascinating tools used in various processed and is illustrated by photographs and ephemera of Brechin’s distilling past from the museum’s collections.
