ARBROATH Abbey’s Visitor Centre is to host an exhibition of photographs taken by Angus College students.
The exhibition will be open to the public, free of charge, from Wednesday, September, 5 and will run until Friday, September 14.
The exhibition is part of Angus College’s Digital Photography and Still Images Editing classes and will showcase student’s work with a collection of Arbroath Abbey images as well as other subjects throughout Angus.
During their courses, the students have learned new skills, updated existing knowledge and honed their photography eye to produce a range of images.
Class tutor, Mags Kilcullen said: “This is the second exhibition we have held at Arbroath Abbey and again they have been terrific in offering us gallery space and assistance. It is a great experience for our students have their work exhibited in such an amazing and historic place.” Angus College run Digital Photography and Still Images Editing classes in Montrose, Brechin, Arbroath and Forfar and are enrolling for classes beginning in September.
