Choral Union’s carol concert

As last year’s carol concert proved to be so popular, Brechin and District Choral Union will hold another one this year.

It will take place in St. Andrew’s Church on Sunday, December 11 at 3.30 pm.

The Choral Union will perform four of the less-common carols and the congregation will have the annual treat of joining in and singing some of the most popular and best loved ones. The men will sing the part of King Wenceslas and the ladies can sing for the Page.

The Recorder Group will have their spot on the programme so that they can go walking in a ‘Winter Wonderland’. After expenses have been deducted, a contribution from the collection will be forwarded to the Scottish Bible Society. At the close of the concert, tea and coffee will be served along with Christmas goodies.
