Opus Theatre Club are hoping to be flying high with their next production, Witches Of Eastwick with rehearsals under way and going well. The show runs from September 4 to 7 at Brechin City Hall. As president Gordon Smith said: “Opus have always been ready for a challenge and Witches Of Eastwick certainly poses that on a technical and content basis.

“With some stunning music, and hilarious adult themes the company members are very excited about this production.”

Past secretary Liz Smith is pictured accepting the NODA runner-up award for basic programme which was designed by local artist Doug Laurie, from NODA regional representative Ron Stewart for their 2011 production Of Jekyll and Hyde.
